Default Best way to spend

Greetings,

I currently have 1500k or so across storage & characters and I'm looking for an item I could buy in bulk to store the money. Ectos first came to mind but since the price is pretty high I doubt it'd be a good investment.

Zkeys? Armbraces? Dye?

I'm looking for an item that'll either go up or keep the same value. Thanks a lot!

P.S. Ain't sure if this belongs here or in the trade section... my apologies.

Ectos are bouncing around but going up pretty much (were 14e/100k 15e/100k less than a year ago and 11e/100k to 12e/100k atm). Shards aren't as stable.

Armbraces fluctuate but they're about 21-23e usually.

Zkeys are 5.5-6.5k now.

I usually go for lockpicks @1.2k, but that's because I haven't maxed Treasurehunter/Wisdom.

You could do Ectos or Armbraces and wait for a nerf somewhere that will sky rocket the price of either again. But I haven't really seen those two items go down in price as of recent, so either way, I'd say those are your best bet.

Lockpicks are the most stable. Ectos have the most potential to earn you money. Armbraces are great for trading toward high end items, but are often hard to get your money for.

Thanks for the replies. Does that mean buying the ectos now would be a good move, considering their current value?

Edit: lockpicks would be good, but how easy is it to turn 1500k into LPs in a short span of time?

The big question is "Why are you saving it?". It's just play money - it doesn't matter how much you have or whether or not it goes up or down, so just buy ectos, lockpicks, or whatever and don't worry about it.

Personally, I'd say buy Obsidian armor for all your toons and then get them all fancy weapons, etc.

Only problem with lockpicks is that theyre not rly fast to change back to platinums.. And it will become harder and harder all the time when more ppl maxing their titles..

Overall most ppl do prefer ectos, Yes they change abit, might go down or up, but wont matter much to most ppl. as most ppl stick with em. so the change happens to almost everyone, So many richer peeps dont even care about the ecto value that much.

I've been hitting the 1,000k mark a lot lately and I refuse to buy ectos at the moment due to the high value. Instead I've opted for buying feathers, iron, dust and bones and crafting con sets because they're currently valued high (around 9k) and I'm only spending about 7k per set in the process.

Con sets are something I can and will use, or can liquidate pretty quickly, and even if the value drops back to 8k I'm still profiting.
